I stopped by the Apple Store in Tyson's Corner and waited till the appointed hour of 6 p.m. to purchase an iPhone. The Apple Store staff brought out Smart Water to all on several occasions, Duncan Doughnuts brought by coffee and several merchants were coming through and talking to folks in line. iDay was fun, it was history and the takeaway -- a small multi-touh multifunction device that is phenomenal.
